Tez Cargo Nepal provides a range of logistics and freight forwarding services including, but not limited to:

2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, the client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding the shipment

Ensure that all goods are properly packaged and labeled

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations for export and import

Pay all agreed service charges, taxes, and any applicable customs duties
3. Prohibited Items
Tez Cargo Nepal does not accept the shipment of the following items:

Illegal or prohibited substances

Explosives or flammable items
-
Live animals (unless pre-approved)
-
Cash, precious stones, and valuable documents (without prior notice)

Items restricted under Nepalese or international law
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment deemed unsafe, illegal, or non-compliant.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as:

Customs delays

Airline/ship carrier schedules

Unforeseen logistical issues
Tez Cargo Nepal will make every effort to meet deadlines but will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery delays.
5. Insurance and Liability

Tez Cargo Nepal offers optional insurance coverage for shipments upon request.

Without insurance, our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited and subject to the applicable international freight forwarding conventions.

We are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the invoice terms agreed upon during booking.

Delays in payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.

Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client
7. Customs and Compliance
Tez Cargo Nepal assists in customs clearance but is not responsible for delays or penalties arising due to incorrect documentation or client non-compliance. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure goods meet import/export requirements of the destination country.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before dispatch.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and handling charges.

No refunds will be issued once the shipment is in transit.
9. Claims and Complaints

All claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Supporting documents such as invoices, photos, and packing lists must be provided.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
10. Amendments
Tez Cargo Nepal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
